Growing and Cooking with Tropical Vegetables at Yandina Community gardens

This ten week course will be held every Thursday and will focus on identifying, growing and cooking with tropical vegetables. These plants do very well in our sub-tropical climate and grow very well in a food forest garden. Organic Gardening Course at Ecogreengarden, Noosaville and Yandina Community Gardens

This seven week Permaculture course will be held one day a week and will explore zone planning, soil health, soil testing, composting and worm farming. Thanks for all your offers of help

Due to Frank being critically ill and in Noosa Hospital for the past seven weeks and my painful leg problem, many of you have told me you would like to be of help to me on the farm. A group of Permaculture Angels came last Sunday on the 13th of February and fixed up my veggie garden. Sourdough and Lactic Ferment Making WorkshopThis one day workshop will have participants making sourdough bread, sauerkraut, kimchi, lactic fermented fruits, nuts and seeds and a batch of wine made from fruit. Would you like to learn how to make your own sourdough bread and other lactic fermented food? This one day hands on workshop will get you well and truly under way to your own home femented food.
